South-facing studio 45 sqm room with two large industrial windows. Perfect for portraits, business portraits, interviews and podcast shootings. As the LexingtonLoft opens out from the event space, there is no other space rented at the same time around it, making it perfect for sound sensitive sessions. The room is serviced by Studio Madison’s reception, ground floor. Check-in, buffet and payment facilities are also available there.

If you would like to shoot in the entire Lexington Loft (285sqm), this is also possible for a fee of 20 000 Ft/hour. Please ask for an individual offer for whole day, full space shooting. If you rent the entire space, you can also shoot on our beautiful 110sqm panoramic terrace. There are cameras in the event space and on the terrace, so our studio reserves the right to charge you the difference if you shoot differently from your booking.

As the room opens out from our venue, it can only be booked in 3 weeks advance. The studio reserves the right to make any changes, which will be agreed in advance and compensated.
