THINGS TO KNOW WHEN RENTING

  • you will take the studio from an assistant who will help you by answering any questions you may have and give you the lights to use
  • the reservation applies to the specific space booked by you
  • Please keep in mind that you should not use rooms that you did not book
  • If you want to go into another room that is available at the time, mention it to the assistant who will check the calendar and adjust the rental price
  • rent is valid only with the number of people and type of use submitted. In case more of you show up or the space is not under personal use, we are entitled to change the price at the start
  • tea and mineral water are free of charge
  • You can consume coffee and soft drinks at retail price via our self-service cash box
  • the studio will open 5-10 minutes before the starting time of the reservation. Please respect the subsequent renters – the end of the rent period represents the time you leave the room in its original condition
  • In case of any damage to the studio equipment, the renter will be charged with the cost of damages

MAKE-UP, WAITING ROOM

If the studio’s make-up artist is hired, no fee will be charged for the time of the makeup.

Photoshoot capacity

Out spaces can be booked for up  to 7 people.

This includes the makeup artist, photographer, cinematographer and other assisting staff.

The spaces are not available for rent for mini shoots

If you plan to switch every hour, make sure you have enough time to switch between each photo shoot in your rented room. We can only provide limited space for waiting.


Our studio is a dog- and pet-friendly

Please only bring house-trained and non-aggressive animals, as there are often more dogs and toddlers in the studio – please watch out for each other.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION, RULES OF CANCELLATION

  • For the latest version of our calendar, see the online booking system.
  • If you wish to rent outside the opening hours, you can do so for a 20% surcharge. Since you cannot book this online in our calendar, please contact us via phone or email.
  • All bookings are subject to written confirmation.
  • The date can be changed once free of charge, up to 7 days before the target date. Cancellation charges will automatically be applied for changes made within the final two days.
  • Cancellations less than 72 hours prior to the booking will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the rental fee, or 100% of the rental fee if the cancellation occurs within the final 24 hours.
  • Cancellations of 3+ hour bookings less than 1 week prior to the date will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the rental fee, or 100% of the rental fee if the cancellations occur within the final 72 hours.
  • Unless the booking is modified or cancelled beforehand, the full rental fee will be billed.
  • Cancellations will only be accepted in written form, email or direct message to our Facebook page. You will receive a confirmation email regarding your cancellation, so check your inbox.
  • Our studio reserves the right to make changes to the reservation, which in all cases will be discussed prior, and will be compensated with extra space or extra time.
